The training side of the studio has an open floor space covered in firm rubber on top of a sound insulated floor of wood panels and soundboard.It is solid but not as hard as traditional wood floor.Friendlier to the body if you occasionally fall. :)
The ceilings are 10 feet high. There are chin up bars of 3 different heights. We have a selection of yoga blocks, wood handstand blocks, rollers, tune up balls and other handstand toys. We have dumbbells from 1 Lb. up to 20 Lbs. We have various tension bands a set of stall bars ,one set of adjustable rings, a stretch rack, one fall mat and one 3 panel fold up 1 inch vinyl foam mat.
