My approach is slow and steady. I personally plan to keep training as long as I am alive so figuring out how to do that for each of us at each new stage of life is my goal. I am currently 55

I work with a wide variety of people. Lots of my students are doing handstands for fun and posture improvement.
I also work with professional acrobats, pole performers, dancers, musicians and martial arts practitioners.
In the last ten years I have begun working with more mature students 50 - 70 +years old.
This type of training is great for posture, stability ,balance, proprioception and over all strength and mobility.
If you want to the benefits of working out but are not into the big gym environment our studio is a great alternative. I am a musician and songwriter myself so the back end of the space is a music studio. This is really a friendly and creative space for fitness .
remote Training help
FIVE for $40.00 is a way for me to help without the full cost of a private: You send me 5 videos with one question per video. Five questions total max.
I will analyze each video and provide feedback and relevant exercises or technical tips. Just email me upsidedownchris@gmail.com to set up the contact then buy the pass from Punchpass and send me the videos.
